Yes, I had once the ocasion to eat Cajun food at kaibo Yacht Club's restaurant, located on Cayman Kai beach, in the North part of the island. The place offers the New Orleans classics, like crawfish etouffee, jambalaya, red beans, rice, swrimp creole. Expect to pay more than 21 usd per person, for a main course.
